Tag Tuesday Challenge - Inspire Me!

Louise's Challenge this week was to use an inspiring quote on your tag.  My Mom had this quote on her desk and I always loved it.  I used a piece of my New Delhi Handpainted paper for the background. The butterfly stamp is from Savvy Stamps. I bought these pretty corsage pins the other day and decided to use it on my tag with a piece of lace. Enjoy!

Tweedle Dum & Tweedle Dee

From this point forward, the deli paper will be referred to as New Delhi Handpainted Paper to make it sound more exotic!!!
I used the ND paper for this card as the background. The T Dum and T Dee stamp is from Lost Coast Stamps.
I colored them in, cut them out and glued them to a ripped piece of lavender mulberry paper that I had glued onto my background. I added the pom poms, yarn, flower and Happy Birthday! This card is for my Dad's birthday on friday.

Shabby Tea Room

I decided to enter The Shabby Tea Room's week 3 Challenge - Lets Get Scrappy!  I was inspired by Jean Franks Beck's entry on her blog. It was fun to go through my scraps and decide what to put together. The stamp is from Oxford Impressions and is stamped on a glossy sheet.
